More from SumiQ

Enter the payment amount and how many payments are left for each active plan. The calculator adds them into a single outstanding total, estimates the monthly load while every plan is running, and shows how far away the last payment is.

This is the arithmetic that no provider performs, because each one only shows you its own schedule. Seeing the sum in one place is the entire point: it is the difference between four small payments and the real debt they add up to.

Instalment plan FAQ

Why bother adding them up?
Because nobody else does. Each provider shows you its own tidy schedule, your bank statement shows scattered small debits with shop names, and reporting to credit bureaus is uneven. The total exists only if you build it, which is why the debt is often called phantom debt. More on that here.
Is the monthly figure exact?
No, it is a planning estimate. It assumes every plan you entered is still running, so the real monthly load drops as the shorter plans finish. Treat it as the ceiling for the next month or two, not a fixed bill.
Does it include interest or late fees?
No. Most instalment plans are interest-free, so the sum of the remaining payments is the amount owed. Late fees vary by provider and are not modelled here, which is another reason to know the total before a payment slips.
How does SumiQ help?
Log the full price when you buy rather than the first instalment, or enter the payments as a recurring expense so the coming months already carry them. Everything stays on your device, with no bank login and no account.
